Spring 2 Week 3

The children had so much fun on World Book Day last week dressing up in their pyjamas. We shared our favourite stories and celebrated a love of reading. Here are some photographs;

Don’t forget, from Friday 14th to Wednesday 19th March, the Scholastic book fair will take place in the lower hall. Come along and choose a book! Remember to bring your book tokens!

This week, the children have been learning about the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. Here is a link to an online version of the story below;

A gentle reminder that next week on Friday 21st March, we will be celebrating Red Nose Day. Children are invited to donate £1 and wear their own clothes and a red nose!

Finally, the school has noticed, as stated on the newsletter, an increase in lateness across the school for drop off and pick up. Please try to ensure the children are on time for the start of their learning at 8:45 and pick up promptly at 3:15.

Thank you for your continuous support.

Kind regards,

Reception Team
