Summer 2 Week 6

This week, the children have had the opportunity to meet their new teachers in Year 1 and see their new classrooms! We have been preparing them for transition by having circle times to discuss how they are feeling and by having social stories. We have also been practicing ‘Reach for the Stars‘ in preparation for our Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday 16th July at 2:15.

Just to remind you that our trip to Brunswick Park has unfortunately been cancelled due to the heatwave that is forecast. Many apologies for this.

Also, the children come to the end of their Reception Learning Journey on Friday 18th July at 2pm. They will start their Year 1 Learning Journey on Wednesday 3rd September.

A big thank you for all your wonderful support during this academic year. It has been lovely working with you and your children this year and seeing the amazing individual progress they have made. Over the holidays, please use the online reading scheme to continue reading. Visit your local libraries and parks and enjoy some precious family time together.
