Welcome to Year 6’s blog! It has been a successful start to the new school year beginning with setting goals to help us on our way.
Year 6 have been taking part in a health project run by Millwall over the last 6 weeks, learning about physical activity, the benefits of moving, how to keep hydrated and have a balanced and varied diet. Sessions also included weekly physical activities with coaches.
This week children and staff wore wearing their own pyjamas and shared their favourite bedtime stories. We also read and explored the features of different poems before writing our own.
