In June this year your child will have a Phonics screening check to see how well they can decode words when reading.
In this workshop I will explain the screening check and how you can support your child with learning their phonics at home.
There is a lot of new learning in Year 1, so your support at home really does make a huge difference.

In this workshop you will find out what phonics is, and take part in some practical activities that will give you confidence in helping your child to learn to read at home. Please look out for the flier in your child’s book bag and return the slip with your choice of date.

Dear Parents/Carers,
This is the final week of nursery for 2024. We will be closing at 2:00 PM on Friday and we will reopen on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025.
Our class party will take place on Wednesday, December 18th, at 1:30 PM. We will celebrate with Christmas songs, a fun dance, and delicious party food. Please take a moment to check the flyer outside the nursery for suggestions on food donations for the party.
